GRM Workshop held on 22.01.2021(Virtual)
AKMI has conducted GRM (Grievance Redressal Mechanism) Workshop on
22.01.2021(Virtual). 31 Persons from various MFIs has participated in the workshop. Sri.
Srivatsa (CAGL), Sri. Ganesh (Chaitanya), Sri. Vijay (Samasta) and Sri. Deepak Ayatti
(BFIL) gave brief of handling customers’ Grievance.
AKMI Audit workshop held on 11.12.2020 (Virtual)
aiprakash and team from CAGL gave details of audit during pandemic period.
Details of loan processing, due diligence, documentation, CIBIL, fraudulent
areas, duplicate Aadhar etc. discussed. Persons from audit div, District co-
ordinators from MFIs participated.

AKMI Conducted FLP along with Belster Microfinance in Mahila Samaja
Doddaballapur. About 150 Customers attended the meeting.
